Inside the app
The first place to look is your agent. Most "how do I…" questions can be answered by the agent itself — it knows the app, your data, and your context. Just ask.
BETA-specific issues
If something's broken or behaving unexpectedly, use the in-app Report This button (in the BETA banner at the top of the window). It captures a technical summary your agent helps draft and sends it to us. That's the fastest path during BETA — direct line to engineering.
Account, billing, marketplace
Email hello@alpenglowagents.com. Response within one business day during BETA.
Publishers
If you're publishing to the marketplace and need help with submissions, stamping, or remittance: publishers@alpenglowagents.com. See also the publishing guide.
